- 7+ key public sector partners across provincial, regional, and municipal levels now engaged and growing
- 3-5 major pilot sites to be explored totalling over 300 hectares
- Over 100,000 future housing units to be assessed
- Region-wide analysis of infrastructure, housing and services spanning over 900 square kms
- Opportunities for improved infrastructure coordination cost efficiency, and development certainty

What You’re Supporting
Phase 1: Regional Design Charrette (2026)
A multi-day, collaborative process bringing together municipal leaders, agencies, industry, and community voices to test growth scenarios across 3–5 pilot sites.

Development of practical tools including design guidance, scenario models, and policy-aligned frameworks to support coordinated decision-making.
